طبق فیصله ی ریاست عمومی نهاد بین‌المللی آموزشی آنلاین بانوان افغان،
بسمه تعالی:
بنده طبق این حکم رسمی با موافقت هیئت امنای نهاد طبق مجوز اساسنامه نهاد، و سپرد کار به اهل آن جهت اداره سالم.
هر یک:
- محترم دکتر شکرالله کهگدای( رئیس بنیاد ژورنالیستان آریانا- ژورنالیزم نامدار، شخصیت اکادمیک) به حیث رئیس دانشکده ژورنالیزم؛
- محترمه استاد دکتر بانو شفیقه یارقین( معاونت اسبق وزارت امور زنان کشور- شخصیت اکادمیک و علمی- اندیشمند حوزه زبان و ادبیات)به حیث مشاور علمی نهاد؛
تقرر حاصل نمودند.
هیئت رهبری نهاد گزینش استادان محترم رادر سمت های مهم که نشان از درایت، لیاقت، و توانمندی ایشان را دارد صمیمانه تبریک گفته و امیدوار هستند که تعهد و تخصص ایشان نوید بخش ارائه خدمات مؤثر به آينده سازان کشور عزیز ما افغانستان(بانوان بازمانده از تحصیل) گردد.

According to the decision of the general directorate of theinternational online educational institution for Afghan women,
According to this official decree, withthe approval of the board of trustees of the institution, according to thepermission of the institution's constitution, I entrust the work to its peoplefor healthy administration.
Each:
- Honorable Dr. Shokrallah Kohgadai(President of Ariana Journalist Foundation - Renowned Journalism, academicpersonality) as the Dean of Journalism Faculty;
- Honorable professor Dr. ShafiqaYarqin (former deputy of the Ministry of Women's Affairs of the country -academic and scientific personality - thinker in the field of language andliterature) as the scientific advisor of the institution;
They got the appointment.
